Calendar
A month grid for picking a day or a range, always visible on the page. The server builds the month; changing months fetches the adjacent month and swaps only the calendar. APG keyboard pattern; month and weekday names, and the first day of the week, follow the locale.
Single day with a minimum, and a range
Arrows move by day and week, Home/End go to the ends of the week, PageUp/PageDown change the month (with Shift, the year). Moving past the month loads the neighboring month and keeps focus on the day. Enter or Space picks.
