Popover

Button that opens a non-modal panel with free-form content. Focus moves into the panel, Escape closes it and returns focus, and tabbing out closes it without trapping anything. Inside a Modal, Escape closes only the popover.

Focus moves into the panel when it opens. Escape closes it and returns focus to the button; Tab goes through the content and on to the page, closing the panel.
